Burcham Gets Paid on the River

Three players went to the turn on a board of KQK2 when Josh Brown bet 2,000 from early position. Wade McFarlane in the cutoff and Dan Burcham on the button called.

Action checked to Burcham on the 2 river and he bet 6,000. Only Brown called, and Burcham showed K6 for a full house to win the pot.

Heather McFarlane raised to 1,300 in early position and received one caller before Alan Strouf moved all in for 12,800 on the button. Only McFarland called.

Strouf took the lead on the A75 flop with top pair, while the turn was the 3. The river, though, was the 4 and McFarlane spiked a straight to win the pot and send Strouf to the rail.

With around 15,000 in the pot on a flop of 85A, Kristy Roden bet 2,500 from middle position and Dan Larson called in the hijack.

Roden bet another 3,000 on the 8 turn, and Larson again called. The river was the A and Roden bet 6,000. Larson called once more and showed KK, but Roden had AQ for two pair to win the pot.

Brenden Takes Two

Matt Combs led out for 8,000 from the small blind on a flop of Q99 and Harold Brenden called in the hijack.

The turn was the 5 and Combs checked over to Brenden, who moved all in for 24,000. Combs quickly folded.

A few hands later, Andrew Jelle bet 3,000 from the big blind on a flop of A10K and Brenden called under the gun.

Both players checked the 3 turn, and Jelle bet another 3,000 on the 2 river. Brenden called with A9 for top pair, and Jelle mucked.

John Choleva and Monty Klistoff both reentered after busting earlier.
