Three players went to a flop of 3♣9♣7♣ when Robert Severson bet 1,500 from under the gun. Only an opponent in early position called.
Both players checked the 6♠ turn, and the 9♥ fell on the river. Severson then bet 3,000, and his opponent again called.
Severson showed K♠9♠ for trips, and his opponent mucked.
