The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) has announced a partnership with the North American Poker Tour (NAPT). The collaboration will create the “Golden Player of the Series” leaderboard which will award a $10,000 valued Gold Pass to the NAPT: Las Vegas festival at Resorts World.
The leaderboard will award and reset every RunGood tour stop prior to October 23.
Each Gold Pass prize package includes the following:

After 67 players came out to the first flight of the tournament, Day 1b saw a total of 147 entrants come out to play The $800 RGPS Main Event at Hollywood Casino in St. Louis, MO. Today at 11 am, players will have their third opportunity to secure a bag to get a piece of the $200,000 guaranteed prizepool.
Yesterday’s flight saw William Byrnes bag up an impressive 634,000, which makes him the stack to beat for those playing in today's flights. Others who found bags included Dylan Crawford who bagged second in chips with 462,000, Forrest Kollar (358,000), Derek Schroeder (55,000), and Jaymie Virtusio (297,000).Each one of them looking to carve out a piece of RGPS history.

Today will also see regulars from St. Louis and other RunGood stops alike to play for the title. WSOP Main Event champion Greg Raymer will likely fire againtoday, along with Preston McEwen, Craig Welko, Grant Hinkle, Jeffrey Copeland, Cody Stanford, and Walker Miskelly.
Players will begin the tournament with 30,000 in chips with blinds beginning at 100/200 and a 200 big blind ante. Levels will last 30 minutes each with a 10-minute break occurring after every four until Level 8. After Level 8, registration will close and the levels will be upped to 40 minutes, with a 10-minute break occurring after every three levels. Play will conclude once the field has shrunk to 12.5% remaining. Players will bag after that with the intention to return to play on Day 2 on Sunday, September 29th at noon.
Today will feature Day 1c which fires off early at 11 a.m. and 1d that starts at 5 p.m.
