The players in Day 1c are now on their first 15-minute break of the day and will return to action shortly.
Short-stacked Josh Brower moved all in preflop and was called by a player (who will not be named) to put him at risk.
Josh Brower: A♦Q♣
Opponent: A♥10♥
Brower was in good shape with his dominating ace, but the flop of [6c3h10c[ gave the lead to his opponent with a pair of tens.
"Come on, club!" Brower stood up and shouted as the turn came the 7♣ to give him a flush draw. Sure enough, the dealer rolled over the 5♣ on the river to give him the flush to secure him the double.

On a three-way flop of 7♣J♦3♠ the action checked to Benjamin 'Pyzza' Teston who bet 3,000 and was called by Timothy Hicks to see the turn 8♥.
Both players decided to check and they went to the river 8♣. Hicks checked to Teston who then announced he was all in, which prompted a hasty fold from Hicks.
Teston was about to show his hand, but then thought better of it at the last second.
"No, no, can't do that on every article!" He laughed to PokerNews as he gathered the pot.

On a heads-up flop of 9♥4♣9♦, Jonothann Strange checked, Dalton Jones bet 2,000, and Strange called.
The turn was the K♠ and the action went check-check to the river 10♦.
Strange checked once more to Jones, who fired for 9,000 and the action was back on Strange.
After thinking it over, he decided to make the call but was quickly shown 10♥10♣ by Jones for a rivered full house.
Strange tapped the table and mucked his hand while the pot was pushed to Jones.

After a raise to 1,100 preflop, three players saw a flop of A♦5♦10♠.
Daniel Simon led from the small blind for 3,000 and was called only by Mika Evans on the button.
On the turn 8♥, Simon fired for another 3,000 and Evans came along to see the river Q♠.
Both players then decided to check and Simon shrugged and tabled A♣7♣ for a pair of aces, which prompted a quick muck from Evans to award him the pot.

On a heads-up flop of K♥7♣4♥, Patrick Ray led out for 1,000 and was called by Michael Brown to see the 7♦ peel on the turn.
Ray continued for 2,200 and Brown called once more to see the 3♣ appear on the river. Ray fired again for 5,000 but then Brown moved all in for 25,900.
Ray then asked for a count and thought about it for around 20 seconds before he tossed out the necessary chips to put Brown at risk.
Brown then sheepishly turned over A♣4♣ for sevens and fours but Ray had him beat with 7♠8♠ for trip sevens.
"Dang, I didn't think you were that strong," Brown sighed as he exited the table and the pot was pushed over to Ray.
