He was ahead, as Welko showed J2.

The J window had Masters nodding in acceptance, but the A5 behind sent him back in front. Not for long, as Welko smashed the J turn. The 6 river was it for Masters.

Nick Rigby opened to 200,000 and called the shove of Craig Welko, who had just under 1.1 million on the button. Welko showed 77 while Rigby was still counting chips, and Rigby said it was a race.

"Gotta run fast," Welko said.

He did, outdistancing the K9 on the 6A10Q4 runout.

Rigby had A4 for aces up, and Rexroat was in huge trouble with 1010.

The dealer placed the 7 down, and Rexroat knuckled the table and wished everyone good luck.
