Ronnie Day was getting out of his seat, with neighbor Jon Howard collecting his stack. Day had found one double earlier with Kx2x against Jx3x in a blinds battle with Nick Rigby, but this time, he said he couldn't overcome a pocket pair of aces while holding sixes.
On a completed board of A♥8♥9♦4♣Q♦, Nick Rigby was all in from the hijack. Brian Jones was in the small blind contemplating whether to call off his 100,000 or so, which was about a pot-sized bet. Finally, he slid in some chips.
Rigby revealed 4x4x for a turned set, and Jones spun A♠10♣ into the middle and got up to exit.
Derek Snyder got all in for 38,000 with A♠7♠ but was against the KxKx of Mike Talerico.
"Here comes the ace magnet," Talerico lamented.
No such card arrived as the board ran 7♥3♣2♠J♦K♠.
On a 7♣A♠6♥ flop, George Durham bet 10,000 in early position. Travis Rodgers made it 35,000 in middle position and quickly called when Durham shoved for 90,000.
Rodgers had flopped well with 7♦6♦ but was all but dead against A♣A♦. The 10♥ and 3♠ ran out the board.

Jim Young opened early to 15,000, one player called, and Rayz Rayl shoved all in for approximately 60,000. Young reraised and drove out the third player.
Rayz Rayl: A♦10♣
YoJim Young: J♥J♦
The 6♠6♣8♥ board brought nothing for Rayl, and the J♠ turn ended the sweat early.
