Laptev Doubles Through Gosili
Level 10
: Blinds 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
Alexey Laptev began the action with a raise to 7,000 from the cutoff. Navid Gosili opted to re-raise to 21,000 from the button. Laptev wanted to play for it all as he announced all-in for 76,500. Gosili called to put Laptev at risk.
Alexey Laptev: K♠K♦
Navid Gosili: 4♦4♠
It was a battle of two pocket pairs as Laptev had the best of it with his pair of kings.
The 7♦Q♠10♦ flop did little to complicate Latpev's lead.
The 10♠ turn and the 3♦ river completed the board and awarded Laptev with the full double to boost him past the six-figure mark.
