Delatorre Doubles Through Sarte

Level 8 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Rachel Delatorre committed the last of her chips as she jammed for 16,100 from early position. Arlen Sarte called to put her at risk as they went to a showdown.

Rachel Delatorre: AJAll in
Arlen Sarte: 44

Sarte held the slight edge preflop, but that did not last past the flop as it fanned out 66A to give Delatorre a pair of aces.

The A turn improved Delatorre to trips, and the river was a brick as it came the 2 to complete the board and award Delatorre the double.

Hughes Holds Against Le

Level 8 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Daniel Hughes opened to 4,000 from early position and was called in two spots by Ravi Udayakumar on the button and Bui Le in the small blind.

Le checked the 3107 flop before Hughes bet 7,000. Udayakumar folded, but Le was not done with the hand as he chose to raise all-in to put Hughes at risk. Hughes called for the rest of his stack for 35,600 to go to a showdown.

Daniel Hughes: Q10All in
Bui Le: 65

Hughes made the correct call and was ahead against the gutshot straight draw of Le.

Le improved his outs on the 5 turn, but the A river ended the affair as Hughes secured the double.

Boan Busts Lima

Level 8 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Cody Boan got the action started with a raise to 3,200 from under the gun and was called by Chai Saephan in the small blind. Vinicius Lima chose to re-raise all-in for 17,800 from the big blind. Boan called to put Lima at risk, but Saephan got out of the way with a fold.

Vinicius Lima: Q6All in
Cody Boan: AQ

Boan had Lima in trouble, and the flop only made Lima's situation worse as it came 74A to give Boan a pair of aces.

The K gave Lima some hope with a flush draw, but the river ended it with the 9 to award Boan the pot.

Same Hand Different Result

Level 7 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Artak Aramyan jammed from under the gun for 14,100 and was called in the next seat over by Samoua Yang to put Aramyan at risk.

Artak Aramyan: AQAll in
Samoua Yang: AQ

Aramyan and Yang both held the same hand as it appeared that the two were headed for a chop.

The flop was ominous for Aramyan as it came all clubs when it fanned out 927 to give Yang a freeroll with a flush draw.

The K turn was just what Aramyan feared, as it gave Yang the flush and the pot. The meaningless K peeled on the river to complete the board as Yang scooped the pot.

Probst Bests Toledo

Level 7 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Christopher Probst opened the action with a raise from early position before Delmiro Toledo re-raised from the next seat over to 7,000.

Probst responded with a jam for 27,000, and was called by Toledo to put Probst at risk.

Christopher Probst: AQAll in
Delmiro Toledo: 1010

Toledo held the lead, and the flop did not bring too much concern as it came 674.

The 8 was not the card Toledo wanted to see, as it gave Probst a flush draw as well as his overcard outs.

The 10 was bad news for Toledo as Probst improved to a flush to clinch the double-up.

Flop Bet Enough for Gammon

Level 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Chai Saephan raised to 2,000 from early position. Sanjeev Sisodiya called from the cutoff, but Druce Gammon wanted to play for more and raised the price of admission to 11,000.

Seaphan responded with a fold, but Sisodiya was not done with the hand and chose to call to send them to a flop heads-up.

The 1084 flop was of no concern to Gammon, who chose to jam, which resulted in a prompt fold from Sisodiya.

Gammon showed QQ to the table as he dragged in the chips.

Li Cleans Up Pre

Level 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Julien Lacrosse raised to 2,000 from under the gun before he faced a re-raise from Vinicius Lima in middle position.

Chenyu Li surveyed the scene before he chose to jam for 19,200 from the small blind. Lacrosse folded, and Lima gave it some thought before he also yielded to award the pot to Li without a flop.

Bhupal Clears Out Competition

Level 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Baljinder Bhupal raised to 2,500 from early position and was called in four spots by Mike Jacob in the hijack, Ricky Flora in the cutoff, Shaun Emery on the button, and Robert Hernandez from the big blind.

Hernandez checked the 9104 flop before Bhupal bet 7,000. Jacob and Flora folded, but Emery made the call. Hernandez also folded to trim it down to a heads-up pot.

The 6 did not slow Bhupal down as he went all-in for 20,500. Emery did not think long before he folded to yield the pot to Bhupal.
