The 9♦ turn resulted in an all-in from Martins for approximately 64,000.

Smith went into the tank, but ultimately decided on a fold to award the pot to Martins.

The hand began when Lian Liu raised to 5,500 from the cutoff. Gabriel Gaboya wanted to play for more and re-raised it to 25,000 from the small blind. Liu pondered the situation before he elected to bump up the price even more to the tune of 75,500. Gaboya called to send them to a flop with a swelled-up pot.

Both players chose to check the 5♣6♥8♠ flop.

The 9♠ turn prompted Gaboya to jam for his final 59,500. Liu reluctantly made the call to send them to a showdown with Gaboya at risk.

Neither player held a pair, with Gaboya having the best of it with the best high cards. Liu could win it with a ten or a seven to hit the straight.

The 4♠ river did not change anything as Gaboya won a large pot with ace-king high.
