Ashkarkhizani Shows Courtois the Goods
Level 16
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
In a blind versus blind battle, Samuel Courtois led out for 30,000 on a flop of 3♠A♦2♥ before Evan Ashkarkhizani raised to 75,000. Courtois called, and the K♦ fell on the turn.
Ashkarkhizani then bet 225,000, and Courtois quickly folded. "Pretty good big blind," Ashkarkhizani said as he flashed A♣K♥ while taking in the pot.
