The action was still on Guglielmo while Toscano grabbed some of his stack and held it over the felt. Guglielmo eventually folded, while Toscano then put in the chips.

Action checked to Freeman on the Q99 flop, and he bet 8,000. Only McCracken called.

Freeman then moved all in on the 5 turn before McCracken had a chance to act. A tournament official was called over, and McCracken then tossed his cards into the muck.

"This is like the fourth time it's happened," he told the tournament official, who then gave Freeman a one-round penalty.
