At the same time at an adjacent table, a player under the gun had bet 3,000 on a flop of 6♠5♦2♥ and Mike Chilton called in the hijack. Jason Derlein then raised to 13,000 on the button, and only Chilton called.
The turn was the 8♣ and Derlein bet 30,000, leaving only a few chips behind. Chilton folded. "Of course I flopped a straight," Derlein said, showing 4♣3♣ as he took the pot.
John Fenwick raised to 1,200 on the button and the big blind called.
Fenwick continued for 1,300 on the J♣9♠2♦ flop, and his opponent called. Fenwick then bet 2,000 on the 2♥ turn, and the big blind called again.
Both players checked the 5♠ river, and Fenwick showed J♥8♥ for two pair to win the pot.
Kevin Davis and Tim Henley were both eliminated right after their all-in encounter, although Davis quickly reentered.
Kevin Davis moved all in for 4,200 from under the gun and Tim Henley called in the big blind.

"Tim, you're still in. Chip and a chair, baby," tablemate Mary Holton called out to him.
Raymond Cushing raied to 1,200 in the cutoff, the button moved all in for 10,600, and Cushing called.
All-In Player: A♣K♣
