"I promise I'm not slow-rolling," he told his tablemates as the minutes ticked by. The clock was eventually called, and he put in the chips to call. Frangias showed A♣10♦ for trip tens, while his opponent showed J♦10♥.

The river was the 9♦, and Frangias doubled up with his ace-kicker.

"I thought you were thinking with aces, kings, or queens. A ten you have to call," a tablemate told the middle-position player after the hand.
