Play Finished

Play has concluded for Flight B and players are finished putting chips into bags. Officially, 28 players advanced to Day 2 from Flight B. Chip counts will be provided shortly, with Flight C set to begin in just under 10 minutes.

Bag It Up

The bags have come out and the chip lead for Flight B is too close to call. Mike Childers had the lead midway through the last level, but several players had stacks within striking distance of the leader. We'll bring you the official chip counts once the bagging and tallying process is complete.

Four More Hands

The clock has been stopped and the dealers have been tasked with delivering four more hands to complete the action in Flight B. At the conclusion of those hands, the bags will come out.

Scolded for Hollywooding

Demond Williams opened on the button for 5,500 and Javier Terrazas defended his big blind.

The flop came {10-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Terrazas checked. Williams continued for 7,000 only to be check-raised by Terrazas to 15,000. Williams called.

The turn added the {3-Hearts} to the felt. Both players checked.

On the river, the board completed with the {2-Clubs}. Terrazas led for 23,000 and Williams started to think it over.

"Quit Hollywooding and come on," Terrazas chided.

In response, Williams flashed Terrazas one of his hole cards before pitching his hand toward the muck.

Eggers Doubles Through Jimenez

Roger Eggers
Roger Eggers

On a flop of {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and with around 20,000 in the middle, Roger Eggers bet 9,000. Adrian Jimenez, the only other player in the pot, thought for half a minute and then moved all-in, having Eggers covered.

Eggers took no time to call and the hands were turned up.

Roger Eggers: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Adrian Jimenez: {a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

Eggers had his opponent dominated but had to fade Jimenez's outs to stay alive in flight B. The board ran out clean for Eggers, {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Eggers has a healthy stack as we head to the last level of the flight.
