A player in early position open-shoved for 5,100 and Ron Melichar called. Two seats away, David Hengen re-shoved all-in for around 40,000 and Melichar called all-in for slightly less.

Ron Melichar: {k-}{k-}
David Hengen: {q-}{q-}

Hinkle Doubles Through Zeluf

Blair Hinkle
Blair Hinkle

On a flop of {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades}, Blair Hinkle and Sarah Zeluf got their roughly equal stacks in the middle. Zeluf tabled {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for top pair, but Hinkle showed {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for middle set.

Zeluf's reaction to seeing Hinkle's hand was a succinct, "Ew."

The board ran out {6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} to send the pot over to Hinkle, leaving Zeluf with less than a big blind.

Bane Holds Three Ways

Short-stacked Lory Bane opened for 1,500 from under-the-gun and collected four callers including Daniel Lowery and Kipp Smith. The flop came {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}{10-Spades}. The big blind checked and Bane moved all in for her last 5,200.

Lowery folded, a middle-position player called, and Smith raised to 15,000 from the button. The small blind folded and the middle-position player quickly moved the remainder of his stack, around 33,000, into the pot and Smith called.

Lory Bane: {q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Middle-position player: {a-Spades}{9-Spades}
Kipp Smith: {j-Spades}{8-Spades}

The side pot was just as big as the main pot at this point, and Bane was pleased to see she was ahead.

"No spades," Bane said, going to the {8-Diamonds} turn, so far giving Bane her wish.

The {10-Diamonds} river paired the board and Bane would take down the main pot of 28,200 while Smith collected the sizeable side pot.

Bernard Lee Takes a Seat

Bernard Lee
Bernard Lee

RG Ambassador Bernard Lee has entered the fray in flight B. Perhaps best known for his 13th-place finish in the 2005 WSOP $10,000 Main Event for $400,000, Lee has since made a name for himself both on and off the felt. A tournament specialist, Lee has collected a whopping $2,388,527 in tournament winnings during his career.

Off the felt, Lee has promoted the game through a variety of media. Since September 2005, Lee has written the Sunday poker column for the Boston Herald. In April 2006, Lee joined the ESPN.com Poker website as a regular columnist. Beginning in 2007, Lee has hosted his own poker podcast/radio show, The Bernard Lee Poker Show. Not to mention numerous guest and guest-hosting and commentary appearances across all major poker media outlets.

All this in addition to publishing two books, The Final Table, Volumes I and II (2008).

But the highlight of Lee's work in poker are his charitable endeavors. Lee helps to organize All-In for CP charity poker tournaments to advance medical research and treatment for cerebral palsy. In addition, Lee spearheads the Full House Charity Program, which provides customized gifts for homeless families and children.

As for his performance at the RunGood Poker Series, Lee won the title at the inaugural RGPS Main Event at Downstream in March 2014, something he's keen to repeat this weekend.

Jimenez Eliminates Ziskin

Adrian Jimenez
Adrian Jimenez

RGPS final tablist Andy Ziskin raised from under-the-gun to 500. Adrian Jimenez called, next to act; the button and small blind also called.

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Spades} and Ziskin continued for 1,200 after the small blind checked. Jimenez raised to 3,200 and the action folded back to Ziskin, who called.

On the {q-Spades} turn, both players checked, and the {4-Diamonds} completed the board on the river.

Ziskin considered briefly before betting 7,000. Jimenez paused for just as long, and then announced he was all-in. Ziskin quicky called and tabled {a-Spades}{9-Spades} for the nut flush.

Jimenez turned over {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, however, for a full house, sending Ziskin to the rail.
