Kabir Mulla raised to 3,500 and was called by four opponents with all players checking through the J♥4♦2♥ flop. On the 7♠ turn, Hira was first to act and folded without any prior action. Mulla bet 12,000 and Kiran Moodley was the only caller. Mulla bet again for 26,000 on the 10♣ river and Moodley called.
The A♠Q♥ of Mulla had missed the board and Moodley claimed the pot with the 7♥6♥.
In the 927th episode of the PokerNews Podcast, Chad Holloway is joined by Connor Richards at Level 9 Studios to talk about the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) when it comes to poker content. The discussion stems from the recent controversy involving the World Series of Poker (WSOP) documentary 'No Limit', in which showrunner Dustin Iannotti admittedly used AI in edits involving Alan Keating's quotes. The show was pulled from YouTube by the WSOP as a result, and opened up a whole can of worms.
PokerNews also pissed off Shaun Deeb with an AI oops of our own, while ClubWPT Gold’s tweet stirred up a heated debate about marketing, women in poker, and more. It was a debate that Abby Merk jumped into headfirst while at the Asian Poker Tour (APT), where she booked a tournament win! From there, you can see highlights from the 2nd Annual Big Deal for One Drop Charity Event during F1 Las Vegas, which involved Phil Hellmuth, Jennifer Tilly, and Antonio Esfandiari, just to name a few. Oh, and the title came down to Deeb and Squid Games: The Challenge star Steven Jones. Watch to find out who won!
Chad and Connor then recap recent tournament wins by Aaron Johnson and Jake Long at MSPT Ameristar East Chicago, Felipe Boianovsky taking down the Brazilian Series of Poker (BSOP) $50K Super High Roller, and Ted Jackson-Spivack claiming three CMSOP titles before they share what they're thankful for on this Thanksgiving holiday.
Find out all about those stories and more in this week's episode of the PokerNews Podcast!
Four ways to the Q♦Q♥9♠ flop, Jamie McCarthy bet 3,500 and was called by Robin Kayalsum as well as Simon Brown. They checked the K♥ on the turn before McCarthy led the 5Ad] river for 7,500, earning two folds.
Nico Du Toit raised to 2,400 and was called by Sugen Singh. There was a three-bet to 13,000 thereafter before Du Toit then jammed for his last 12,000. Singh folded but the three-bettor called.
Du Toit tabled his A♣A♠ and was up against A♥Q♦. Only a minor sweat came with the Q♥9♦5♦9♥K♠ runout but the aces held for the double.

Carrie Feinauer raised to 3,800 and was called by Wesley Wessels in the hijack as well as Clive Kikia in the cutoff. On the K♥K♠9♠ flop, only Feinauer check-called a bet worth 2,500 by Kikia and then led the 6♠ turn for 8,000. Kikia called and was somewhat surprised when Feinauer checked the 10♥ river.
After some table chatter between the duo, Kikia checked behind and Feinauer tabled her J♥J♠. Kikia mucked the A♠ and condeded the pot.
Hans van der Hulst raised to 2,200 and then called the shove by Daniel Scott for the last 21,100.
Daniel Scott: A♠10♠
Hans van der Hulst: A♥K♥
Scott announced the action while on the smart phone and the A♠5♥4♣Q♥10♥ board was a bittersweet end, as the ten came in the wrong suit to give van der Hulst the nuts.
One table over, Abdul Samsodien busted at the same time and was replaced by Sugen Singh.
