What followed was the 10♣ river which ensured the split pot instead.

Just before the end of the previous level, Imran Bhojani was in the big blind and flopped two pair with 7♣5♠ and went into a three-way all-in against Braam van Huyssteen with the J♥10♠ and a third player holding the A♦A♠. The 5♥ turn and K♥ river gave Bhojani the triple-up.

After coming back from the break, Jaryd Jardien got it in with Q♦9♦ against van Huyssteen's A♠5♠ and both players missed the 7♣4♦4♥3♣4♠ board to knock out Jardien.

Singh as shortest stack with 20,000 was eliminated while Persent nearly tripled, Courtney won the side pot off Van Rooyen.
