Jay "Fairway Jay" Ginsbach raised to 400 from middle position and found one caller before MSPT Hall of Famer Rich Alsup three-bet to 1,700 from the cutoff.
The player from the small blind called, as did Ginsbach and the hijack player, bringing action four-ways to the flop.
Action was checked to Alsup who continued for 2,000 and the small blind player called before Ginsbach check-raised to 6,000.
Ginsbach watched as his opponents quickly folded giving him the early pot.
