Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Dan Bekavac
Dan Bekavac

Dan Bekavac had been forced to re-enter a few times before registration closed, but his final bullet of the night is building nicely.

In a recent pot with John Cap, Cap bet 15,000 into a pot of approximately 45,000 on the turn, with the board reading {5-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}.

Bekavac raised to 60,000, committing the majority of his stack.

After about a minute of consideration, Cap opted to fold and preserve his remaining 120,000 chips, while Bekavac's stack creeps back close to 200,000.

Peter Asmuth
Peter Asmuth

Eliminations and huge pots are continuing throughout the Silverado poker room, with Peter Asmuth the latest to capitalize and boost his stack to the top of the leaderboard.

Asmuth opened in early position to 6,000 and was called by a player in middle position and on the button.

On the {3-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} flop, Asmuth continued for 11,000 and was called in both spots.

The {q-Clubs} came on the turn, and Asmuth continued to fire, this time for 30,000. the middle position played called and the player on the button moved all in for 65,000. Asmuth then moved all in over top for about 140,000, and the middle position player folded.

Opponent: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Peter Asmuth: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Asmuth would fade his opponent's straight draw as the {q-Diamonds} fell on the river to earn him a massive pot to put him well over 300,000.

Reichard Rocks Stuen for Huge Pot

Level 12 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
Joshua Reichard
Joshua Reichard

Joshua Reichard and Leroy Stuen had been battling in several pots at table 10, with a recent pot earning Reichard a massive double up.

With about 15,000 in the pot on a flop of {k-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}, Stuen bet 7,500 from middle position, which was met with a raise from Reichard to 24,500.

Stuen called to see the {2-Diamonds} fall on the turn. Again he led out, this time for 25,000. Reichard made the call, leaving himself 85,000 behind.

On the {8-Hearts} river, Stuen fired out another 25,000, and Reichard moved in that last 85,000.

Stuen quickly called and saw he was crushed, as Reichard showed {9-Spades}{8-Spades} for a flopped flush, while Stuen could only show {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}.

The pot vaults Reichard into the realm of the chip leaders, while Stuen has dropped almost half his stack since approaching 400,000.
