This moved Miller into the overall chip lead ahead of Day 1a chip leader Arri Stone's 250,100. The second biggest stack of Day 1c would belong to Stanley Trim with 245,400. In what would be the last hand of the night, there would be an elimination at one table and a double up at another table. Julio Martinez doubled up with against the of Chris Thompson when Martinez moved all in on a flop and would fade the outs Thompson had when the turn and river bricked out.
William Dubay would deliver the knock out blow to end play for the night when his took out a short-stacked player holding when the board ran out .
We'll have full chip counts of the 20 surviving players momentarily.
With a flop of chips started flying into the middle between Stanley Trim and John Pappas with Pappas moving all in and getting quickly called by Trim. Pappas had flopped a set with and Trim had flopped bottom two pair with . The turn was the keeping Pappas in the lead and he only needed to avoid one of two jacks to knock out Trim and move into the chip lead. The river was cruel for Pappas and sweet for Trim as it was the giving Trim a bigger full house.
The rest of the table oohhh'ed and aaahhh'ed as a frustrated Pappas counted out the chips he owed Trim.

We got to the table and the dealer was chopping up a pot between Natasha Barbour who held and Fred Miller who had on a double paired board. No one, except for Miller, was aware of the three spades that were on the board and as the dealer was working on splitting up the chips Miller looked once more at the board and asked the dealer "what about the spades?"
It was then that the dealer — and the rest of the table — noticed that Miller had hit the nut flush. Much to Barbour's chagrin, she had to send a full double up over to Miller who moved up to 145,000. Barbour was crippled down to 32,000 after the hand.
