Domination Rotation

Level 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Dan Dvoress raised to 16,000 in the cutoff, and Adrian Mateos called on the button. Eelis Parssinen then three-bet to 75,000 from the small blind. Dvoress called, but Mateos folded.

On a 7♦Q♠8♦ flop, Parssinen put Dvoress all-in for 68,000, and Dvoress called.

Dan Dvoress: K♦Q♣ All in
Eelis Parssinen: A♣K♠

Dvoress had overcome his preflop domination to hold the lead, and he stayed ahead following the 5♥ and J♣ runout to double.

After Mikita Badziakouski opened from the hijack, Ye Wang moved all-in for 55,000 from the button, and when the action made it back to him, Badziakouski called.

Ye Wang: A♣8♣ All in
Mikita Badziakouski: K♦Q♦

Badziakouski found immediate help on the K♥7♠4♥ flop, with the 6♦ turn and 4♠ river wrapping the pot up for him.

Theologis' Kings Go Down in Flames

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Alexandros Theologis raised to 12,000 from the hijack and called when Alex Foxen moved all-in for 157,000 from the small blind.

Alex Foxen: A♦9♦ All in
Alexandros Theologis: K♥K♦

Foxen found several new outs on the 5♦6♥Q♦ flop, and it was one of those he hit, as the 4♥ turn and 6♦ river improved him to a flush, keeping him alive.

Davies Double Seizes Chip Lead

Level 9 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Seth Davies
Seth Davies

Eelis Parssinen raised to 13,000 from middle position, and Seth Davies called in the hijack. Jean-Noel Thorel then three-bet to 50,000 from the cutoff. Parssinen folded, but Davies called again.

Davies proceeded with a check-call on both the 4♥5♠J♠ flop and the 3♥ turn, calling 75,000 on the flop before calling again for 125,000 on the turn.

When the flush-completing 9♠ hit the river, Davies moved all-in for 219,000, and Thorel called.

It was bad news for Thorel, whose A♠J♣ had been rivered by the Q♠10♠ of Davies, seeing the latter seize the tournament chip lead.

In with the Worst, Out with the Best

Level 9 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Miroslav Atanasov raised to 12,000 from under the gun, and Samuel Mullur three-bet to 36,000 from the hijack. Atanasov responded with a four-bet to 76,000, and Mullur called.

Atanasov continued for 43,000 on the 7♠J♥3♥ flop, and Mullur called. When the J♠ turn joined the board, Atanasov put Mullur all-in for 163,000, and Mullur was all too happy to call.

Samuel Mullur: A♣J♣ All in
Miroslav Atanasov: A♠3♠

Mullur's mission to avoid a spade failed, as the 6♠ completed the board to give Atanasov a flush and send Mullur to the rail.

Joao Simao

Artur Martirosian raised to 12,000 from under the gun, and Paul Phua three-bet to 30,000 directly to his left. One seat over, Joao Simao four-bet to 80,000. Martirosian folded, but Phua five-bet all-in for 115,000, and Simao called.

Paul Phua: A♣K♣ All in
Joao Simao: Q♠Q♥

The low 2♦6♦5♠7♥3♦ board offered Phua no help whatsoever, and Simao added his stack to his own.

Huge Pot Leads to Ding's Demise

Level 9 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Biao Ding raised to 12,000 from the hijack, and Punnat Punsri three-bet to 30,000 from the cutoff. The action folded back to Ding, who four-bet to 55,000, and Punsri called.

Ding bet 12,000 on the 4♣4♥K♦ flop, and Punsri called again. The 4♦ turn checked through, but on the 3♥ river, Ding put Punsri all-in for 102,000, and Punsri called.

Ding tabled Q♣J♥ for a queen-high bluff, and Punsri scooped in the pot with his K♥9♥.

That collision left Ding with 5,000, which he lost soon after.
