Mostafa Essanhaji opened to 2,500 from the hijack and "Johan" three-bet to 7,500 from the button. Alexandre Reard, who had lost a bit more than half his stack over the last two levels, called from the small blind and Essanhaji also called.
Action checked around to "Johan" who bet 10,500 on the 4♦9♥6♥ flop. Reard put in a check-raise to 25,000 which was enough to force a fold from both remaining opponents and take down a nice pot uncontested.
Meanwhile, Ugo Palmero and Rachid Boughrara have both recently been eliminated from the tournament.
