Annovazzi Eliminated; Down to Four Tables

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Alexandre Annovazzi moved all in for his last 9 big blinds and was called by Vincent Mansour.

Alexandre Annovazzi: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Vincent Mansour: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

There was an eight in the window of a {8-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{q-Hearts} board and Annovazzi shook Mansour's hand on his way to the exit. They are now breaking a table as we are down to the final four six-handed tabes in the tournament.

Double Elimination Boosts Merai

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

There was a three-way all in between Steven Prouteau {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}, Axel Colin {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and Mehdi Merai, who had them all covered, with {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}.

There was a sweat after the {6-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{8-Clubs} turn gave Prouteau a pair, and the {5-Clubs} turn gave the board some chop outs. The river, however, was the {4-Spades} and Merai sent two players to the rail.

Guigon Doubles Up; Chips for Polge

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Bernard Guigon was counting up his double after getting {5-Spades}{5-Clubs} in against the {k-}{10-} of Renee Semjakin and holding on the {7-Clubs}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} runout.

Meanwhile Vincent Coquil check-called a bet of 90,000 from Julien Polge on the {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{2-Hearts} board and the turn was the {8-Hearts}. This time he bet 155,000 and Polge just called. The river was the {8-Spades}. Coquil checked and Polge bet 200,000. Coquil called but was shown {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} for a full house.

The river was the {q-Hearts} and Blarez bet 185,000. Mateos took a short while before calling, but mucked when showed {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for a rivered pair.

Elmadani Eliminated

Level 23 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

David Brauman opened on the button and Vincent Coquil called in the small blind. Hamamsi Elmadani three-bet all in for 325,000 from the big blind and both his opponents called.

Coquil check-folded to a bet of 250,000 on the {4-Hearts}{9-Spades}{a-Spades} flop and the cards were turned over. Elmadani had committed his remaining chips with {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} but had run into the {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} of Brauman.

The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and the river the {2-Spades} meaning Elmadani was eliminated and Brauman moved over three million.

Chip leader Henrique Pinho still has close to four million at his table.
