Koon Gives Up to Thanarattrakul on the River

Jason Koon raised to 6,500 in the hijack with K♠8♠, Kannapong Thanarattrakul three-bet to 25,000 in the small blind with A♣K♦, and Koon called.

The J♥4♠2♠ flop gave Koon a flush draw and he called a bet of 15,000. The turn was the 4♥ and Thanarattrakul bet another 65,000. Koon again called.

Koon missed the 10♦ river as Thanarattrakul checked over to him. Koon checked back and Thanarattrakul took the pot with ace-high.

Justin Bonomo raised to 5,500 in the hijack and was called by Quan Zhou on the button and small blind Dylan Linde.

The flop came J♠8♥7♠ and action checked to Zhou who bet 11,000. Linde called, but Bonono then raised to 38,000 and only Zhou called.

The turn was the 10♥ and Bonomo bet another 45,000. Zhou again called and the 3♥ fell on the river. Bonomo then moved all in for 171,000.

Zhou barely had Bonomo covered and took several minutes before laying down 7♦7♣ for a set. Bonomo had just Q♥10♠ for a pair of tens as he took the pot.
