Pihela Takes Parssinen to Value Town

Igor Pihela opened to 60,000 from middle position and Eelis Parssinen called in the hijack.

On the 7♥7♦5♥ flop, Pihela led for 80,000 and Parssinen quickly called.

The turn was the 2♠. Pihela tossed out a bet of 100,000 and Parssinen called once again.

On the A♠ river, Pihela announced a bet of 70,000. Parssinen was clearly in discomfort after seeing the ace but decided it was too good of a price as he called. Pihela tabled A♥8♥ as he got three streets of bets in to drag the pot.

Unlu Spikes the River to Bust Greenwood

In a blind versus blind battle, Sam Greenwood led out for 70,000 on a flop of 9♠5♣2♦ and Sinan Unlu raised to 150,000 in the big blind. Greenwood then moved all in and Unlu called.

Greenwood was ahead with his pair of tens, while Unlu was looking to improve with a pair of nines. The A♦ turn was safe for Greenwood, but Unlu hit the 8♣ on the river to make two pair and secure the pot.

The stacks were counted down and Unlu had 355,000 remaining. He barely had Greenwood covered and Greenwood was sent to the rail.

Von Kriegenbergh Gets the Maximum with Aces Full

With over 300,000 in the middle the turn read A♣K♣Q♦K♦. Felipe Ketzer checked to Taylor von Kriegenbergh who tossed a bet of 125,000 across the line and Ketzer made the call.

The 2♦ completed the board on the river, and Ketzer checked it over once again. Von Kriegenbergh jammed for his last 355,000, putting Ketzer in agony as he tanked for three roughly three minutes. Eventually, he tossed in the call.

Von Kriegenbergh rolled A♠A♥ for aces full of kings, and Ketzer said, "Nice bet," as he showed K♠10♠ for trip kings.

Weisman had Bedell dominated, but the Q♦Q♥3♥ flop gave Bedell trips and a big lead in the hand. The 10♦ turn gave Weisman outs to a straight, but the K♣ on the river wasn't enough as Weisman was the one handing over a double up this time.

Weisman was left with around 220,000 and was eliminated a few hands later.

Linde Shoves the River on Dvoress

Daniel Dvoress raised to 80,000 from the small blind and Dylan Linde called in the big blind.

On the J♠8♣5♠ flop, Dvoress led for 120,000 and Linde put in the call.

The 3♥ turn checked through to the 10♠ river which saw Dvoress lead for 100,000. Linde then put in a raise to 760,000, leaving himself just 5,000 chips behind. Dvoress thought it over for over a minute before he decided to let it go, and Linde won the pot without showdown.

Kornuth Gets Rivered in a Big One to Keep Unlu in the Game

Chance Kornuth opened 40,000 under the gun, Mathew Frankland on the left, Sinan Unlu in the hijack and Audrius Stakelis in the big blind all made the call.

The dealer spread a flop of J♣9♣8♥, and the action was checked to Unlu who fired 125,000 across the line. Only Kornuth made the call.

The 3♥ fell on the turn, Kornuth checked and Unlu continued for 420,000. Kornuth wasted little time sliding a stack across the line to put Unlu to the test for his entire stack worth 605,000. Unlu quickly called and both hands were tabled.

Kornuth not only flopped the nut straight, but also turned a flush draw to go along with it but the 3♦ river paired the board to give Unlu a full house.

Moneymaker Cracks Kings For a Bustout

Chris Moneymaker raised to 40,000 under the gun and Igor Pihela called in the small blind. Rokas Asipauskas then three-bet to 130,000 in the big blind and Moneymaker four-bet to 440,000. Pihela folded, but Asipauskas snap-called for 350,000.

Asipauskas was ahead with his kings and poised for a double up, but Moneymaker spiked a set on the 9♠3♣4♣ flop to take the lead. The rest of the board ran out 7♠10♠ and Asipauskas stopped to snap a photo of the board before heading for the exit.

Wasserson Fades Kisacikoglu

Jason Velasco raised first to act, Orpen Kisacikoglu called in the hijack, Igor Pihela called in the cutoff, Chris Moneymaker called on the button, and Eric Wasserson called in the big blind.

"Wow! No respect," lamented Velasco as his raise was called by not one, not two, not three, but four opponents.

No less than five players to the K♣9♣8♥ flop, the action checked to Kisacikoglu who jammed for his remaining 180,000. Pihela and Moneymaker folded before Wasserson rejammed and Velasco folded.

Both players held club flush draws, but Kisacikoglu had the better one and a gutshot, while Wasserson had the lone pair. The board bricked off A♥K♥ as Wasserson held to score the elimination.
