Spitale Surging Up the Counts

Level 28 : Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante
Franco Spitale
Franco Spitale

Chad Eveslage limped in middle position, and called once Franco Spitale raised to 3,700,000 in the big blind.

The 525 flop produced a pair of checks, and Spitale led out for 4,000,000 on the A turn. Eveslage called to see the 3 river, where Spitale announced a bet of 10,000,000.

That sent Eveslage into the tank, using three extra clocks before sticking in the call. Spitale tabled 22 for a full house, and Eveslage could only muck his cards.

On the very next hand, Ravid Garbi opened to 2,000,000 in the hijack before Daniel Reijmer three-bet to 5,000,000 in the cutoff. Spitale then put in a cold four-bet to 13,000,000.

That produced folds from both opponents, and Spitale added more chips to his stack.

Ryuta Nakai made the call in the big blind, and the dealer flipped over the 2 turn. Hook checked to Ryuta, who slid out a bet of 4,600,000.

As the dealer was counting the bet, Hook let his hand go and Ryuta took down the pot.
