Fedor Holz opened to 16,000 under the gun and Pascal Hartmann three bet to 44,000 from the hijack. Holz called and the flop came . Holz checked, and called the 39,000 bet that followed.
The turn was the and Holz now check called a bet of 91,000.
The river had Holz check again. Hartmann checked behind and Holz showed , Hartmann mucked.
Fedor Holz and Thomas Bichon were seconds late today, so they missed the first hand. They were both blinds so the first hand had some free chips up for grabs.
On the other table there was action from the get go. Andreas Freund shoved all in from early position, and right next to him Frederik Jensen over shoved. All other players folded.

The flop wasn't too good for Jensen: . Jensen had just one direct out left to win the hand, but the on the turn wasn't a bad card either. The on the river was a blank and the two chopped the pot.
With just seventeen players remaining, already well in the money, the goal for the day is simple: lose nine more players and reach the final table of six. That's easier said than done though; the field is extremely strong and nobody is going to give it away today.
