Here are your final nine, along with their final table seat assignments and official chip counts:

Tomorrow afternoon, he'll be looking to best finishes of ninth (2007) and fifth (2006) in prior attempts.

Play is scheduled to recommence at 1:00 p.m. local time, at which point we'll begin our journey from nine to one. Join us then for our continued coverage of the 2008 Harveys Lake Tahoe WSOP Circuit Championship. Until then, good night and good luck!

Jason Sanders Eliminated in 10th Place ($9,603)

10th-place finisher Jason Sanders
10th-place finisher Jason Sanders
Action folded around to Jason Sanders who bet 15,000. Jake Solis folded his small blind before Ty Stewart announced that he was all in and placed enough chips into the middle to put Jason Sanders all in. The showdown had Sanders tabling {3-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} as Stewart showed {A-Hearts} {9-Hearts}. When Stewart saw the cards of Sanders, he replied, "Just threes, I can beat that."

The flop was unkind to Sanders when it paired Stewart right away as it came {6-Clubs} {9-Clubs} {Q-Hearts}. The turn was the {10-Spades} as Stewart turned away from the table. The {7-Clubs} on the end sealed the deal for Sanders and gave us our final table of nine.

As the 10th-place finisher Sanders will receive $9,603. Stewart will take approximately 264,000 into tomorrow's action after being down to 25,000 at one point in the day.

Chris "Jesus" Ferguson - 11th Place
Mike McClain opened the pot with a raise to 13,000 from under the gun +1 and when the action landed on Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, he moved all in over the top of McClain's bet for a total of 50,000. McClain made the call tabling {A-Hearts} {Q-Spades} and had Ferguson's {A-Spades} {J-Spades} drawing slim.

The board then ran out {2-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {7-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {5-Clubs}, giving McClain's ace-queen high the checkmark, subsequently sending the 2000 WSOP Main Event Champion to the rail.

While Ferguson won't be collecting a fourth circuit championship gold ring this weekend, he will add another cash to his already immaculate tournament resume. "Jesus" exited the tournament area to a round of applause from the rail.

Stewart Back to Six-Digit Figures

Ty Stewart

After Travis Erdman made it an additional 7,500 to go, both he and Ty Stewart checked the flop as it appeared {5-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} {9-Spades} . The turn brought some action after the {5-Hearts} appeared with a bet from Erdman to the tune of 15,000. Stewart could not be swayed and both saw the board round out with the {6-Spades} . Erdman once again lead out, this time with 25,000, which Stewart called. Neither player wanted to show their hand, but when the game of chicken was over Stewart's {A-Spades} {7-Spades} was good enough to beat Erdman's {10-Clubs} {7-Clubs} .

Stewart is up to 134,000 and Erdman dropped to 227,000 after the hand.

Look-a-Like Aces

Bill Bostick
Bill Bostick
I'm sure most of you reading this have at one point or another squeezed your hand and discovered some variation of {A-?} {4-?}, and got prematurely excited because the hand looks strikingly similar to pocket aces.

That's what just happened to Bill Bostick in a hand against Scott Clements. Action folded around to Clements in the small blind, who slid his entire stack -- worth around 72,000 -- across the betting line. Bostick squeezed his cards privately, and then reenacted the squeeze face up to demonstrate to Clements what he thought he had.

Bostick folded, of course, and Clements stacked up the small pot, bringing him closer to 80,000 in chips.

Clements Doubles Through Ferguson

Chris "Jesus" Ferguson
Chris "Jesus" Ferguson
Action folded around to Chris "Jesus" Ferguson on the button, who opened with a raise to 15,000. Scott Clements then moved all in over the top of Ferguson's bet from the small blind, for a total of 36,500. Bill Bostick folded his big blind and Ferguson, priced in, made the call:

Showdown
:
Ferguson: {A-Hearts} {2-Clubs}
Clements: {A-Spades} {10-Spades}

The board ran out {A-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} {3-Clubs} and Clements' ten kicker held up to clinch him the double-up. The two-time bracelet winner now sits with 83,500 in chips while Ferguson dropped to 57,000 after the hand.

Preston Derden Eliminated in 12th Place ($9,603)

Preston Derden
Preston Derden
Preston Derden, holding {K-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds}, open-shoved for his remaining 35,000. Michael Binger looked him up with {7-Hearts} {9-Hearts}. The flop spiked a king for Derden as it was spread {10-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} {6-Clubs}. The turn brought the {9-Clubs} and the river {7-Spades}, making Binger two pair. That was enough to oust Derden for the duration, sending him home in 12th place and earning him $9,603. Binger sits comfortably with 371,500 after the hand.

Stewart Doubles; Erdman's Bad Luck Continues

Ty Stewart
Ty Stewart
Short stack Ty Stewart has just doubled through former chip leader Travis Erdman, after Stewart successfully cracked Erdman's pocket queens with {A-Hearts} {8-Hearts}. Stewart open-shoved for his last 41,000 from under the gun and Erdman made the call from the small blind.

The board then filled out {2-Hearts} {2-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {A-Spades} {3-Hearts}, giving Stewart top two pair, aces and eights, to clinch the double-up. Stewart now has 87,500 in chips while Erdman dropped to 242,500.
