Level 31 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Drazen Ilich - 6th Place
Drazen Ilich - 6th Place

Traci Brown was first to act and opened to 200,000. Drazen Ilich called on the button and so too did Huy Nguyen in the big blind.

The flop fell {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades} and both Nguyen and Brown checked. Ilich fired 310,000, Nguyen called and Brown folded.

The turn was the {3-Hearts} and Nguyen checked again. Ilich shipped for 2 million and Nguyen made the call.

Ilich: {j-Spades}{10-Spades}
Nguyen: {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

Ilich needed a spade to survive, but the river was the {5-Hearts}, eliminating him in 6th place. The WSOP-C Ring winner will not have a repeat performance today, but he will still walk away with $45,552.

Level 31 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Jeff Gibralter raised to 215,000 from the small blind and Drazen Ilich moved all in for 1.165 million from the big. Gibralter called and the hands were tabled.

Gibralter: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Ilich: {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

We were off to the races and the dealer delivered the flop: {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}. Ilich took the lead, and Ilich was drawing dead after the {q-Clubs} turned. The {6-Spades} on the river was just a formality, and Ilich doubled to 2.39 million chips. Gibralter dropped to 1.33 million.

Brown on Fire

Level 31 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Traci Brown doubles.
Traci Brown doubles.

Drazen Ilich opened to 195,000 from early position and Huy Nguyen three-bet to 425,000 on the button. Traci Brown moved all in for 870,000 from the small blind, Ilich folded and Nguyen snapped it off.

Nguyen: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Brown: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

"Ace pleeeeeeeease," Brown begged the dealer.

The dealer obliged, fanning {a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, and the entire room exploded. The turn was the {8-Hearts} and Brown was one card away from another double.

"King of hearts!" she exclaimed.

"You already have that..." Jeff Gibralter responded.

The river was indeed a heart. The {q-Hearts} gave Brown a flush and she doubled to 2.045 million chips while Nguyen slipped to 3.1 million.

"I'm on fire," she said with a smile.

Victor Haynes Eliminated in 7th Place ($35,290)

Level 31 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Victor Haynes - 7th Place
Victor Haynes - 7th Place

Victor Haynes managed to double twice, but the third time he was all in and at risk he failed to survive.

Haynes opened to 200,000 from under the gun and Shallum Lynch three-bet to 600,000 from the small blind. Haynes four-bet shoved for 1.16 million and Lynch quickly called.

Haynes: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Lynch: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

Haynes, a Norman, Oklahoma native, needed some help heading to the flop, but received little when it fell {6-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}. The case queen, the {q-Spades}, turned ending the hand and unfortunately we missed the river card.

Haynes shook some hands before heading to the cage to collect $35,290 and Lynch raked in his chips, increasing his stack to 5.4 million.
