Abramson Scores Double Elimination to Vault Into the Chip Lead

Prior to the last break a huge hand took place that saw Lee Abramson vault into the chip lead while sending both David Nicholson and Jason Hall to the rail.

It happened when Nicholson opened the action with a standard raise and Abramson flatted from the small blind. Hall then moved all in from the big for approximately 350,000, Nicholson moved all in over the top, and Abramson made a quick call.

Abramson: {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}
Nicholson: {J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}
Hall: {J-}{10-}

Abramson had the big stack, and he got an even bigger one when the board ran out {7-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs} to give him aces and threes for the win. With that, Abramson took over the chip lead with 1.85 million.
