Philipps Flops Top Set

When we reached Table 13, Bryan Campanello had 96,000 sitting in front of him. Paul Phillips raised to 160,000 - which means Campanello's bet must've been a raise - and Campanello quickly called.

The river was the {j-Hearts}, and Campanello opted to checked. Phillips fired 150,000, and Campanello quickly called. Phillips tabled {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for a set of kings, and won the hand.

Internet Issues Continue

Level 24 : 7,000/14,000, 2,000 ante

The team in Choctaw is still experiencing Internet issues, but will be back in action as soon as possible. The event is currently down to 36 players halfway through Level 25. Stay tuned.

Hernandez Busts Hoxhaj

Bisuil Hoxhaj was all in and at risk with two tens, and racing against the ace-king of Miguel Hernandez. There was an ace on the flop, and Hoxhaj failed to improve.

He is eliminated, while Hernandez now has 1.1 million chips.

Lawrence Doubles

After a series of bets and raises, Jonathan Bakhshian had Matt Lawrence all in and at risk preflop. Lawrence's {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts} was ahead of Bakhshian's {4-Clubs}{3-Spades}, but the flop fell {3-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs}, giving Bakhshian trips.

Lawrence needed running pair or straight cards, and he miraculously survived when the turn and river came {a-Hearts}, {j-Clubs} respectively.

Lawrence doubled to around 325,000 chips, while Bakhshian slipped to around 205,000.

Baker Busts

Seth Baker, brother of David "ODB" Baker, moved three-bet jammed over an early position raise. Krissi McFarland re-jammed on the button, and the original raiser folded.

Baker: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}
McFarland: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

The board ran out {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades}, and Baker was eliminated.

McFarland now has 1.2 million chips.
