Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Vlad Darie
Vlad Darie

Vlad Darie's stack had taken a hit before the Romanian doubled right back into a big stack.

According to Darie, he raised to 8,000 from the hijack and picked up two callers in the blinds. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and was checked through before the {Q-Spades} fell on the turn. Action checked to Darie and he continued for 12,0000. The small blind called and the big blind check-raised to 55,000, which only Darie called.

After the {2-} river, the big blind shoved with {K-}{9-} and Darie called with {10-}{6-} to double.

No Profit for Profit

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Antoine Profit
Antoine Profit

The seat of Antoine Profit is empty and the big stack of the Frenchman has vanished. Profit dropped well below the average after a failed bluff attempt against Philipp Zukernik, who had previously hero-called for his tournament life with {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} on a {Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs} river. Profit only had {8-Diamonds}{7-} for a busted gutshot and flush draw and Profit disappeared soon after.

Primerano is Heating Up

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Daniele Primerano came into the day with a below average stack and it took him awhile to get rolling but he is starting to win a few more pots now. Primerano raised to 9,500 from under the gun and his opponent pushed all-in for around 42,000. With the action back on Primerano, he instantly made the call and the cards were on their backs.

Primerano showed {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} and was ahead of his opponent's {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}. The board ran out {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{8-Spades} and Primerano's kings held on to earn him some more chips. Primerano's table broke shortly after and he is headed to the feature table, currently being streamed live with a 30-minute delay.
