Daniel Kozakevich opened to 3,000 in early position, Adam Miller three-bet all in to 27,500 from the hijack, Ted Bui four-bet shoved over the top for 63,300, and Kozakevich folded pocket jacks face up.
Miller and Bui went heads-up to the showdown.

Miller's ace came in on the flop, and informed Bui that they're now even. Apparently Bui got the best of Miller in an earlier hand, and as of Level 12 both are still in the mix.

The pot was over 15,000 on the turn, and Frank Azevedo made his move with 
on the board.
Playing from under the gun, Azevedo overbet shoved for his remaining 27,000, sending his button opponent into the tank.
The button player eventually decided to fold, and Azevedo took in some much-needed chips.
