It's The Paul and Davood Show!!

Paul Wolfe and Davood Mehrmand have been trading barbs all afternoon, and thanks to Mehrmand's antics the floorpeople are an almost-constant presence at the table. The whole table is upset with him talking while other players are involved in hands and also for trying to miss posting the big blind when his turn comes around.

"We could have a comedy hour with it, I think it's hilarious," Wolfe said. "This guy is a nut job." This is the 2nd time during the World Series that Wolfe and Mehrmand have been seated at the same table but Wolfe said, "I'm still in my game."

John Phan Being John Phan

After a player in middle position limped and John Phan checked in the big blind, they saw a flop of {3-Spades}{K-Clubs}{8-Spades}. Phan bet 500, the other player raised 1,000, and Phan popped up it another 2,375.

"This might be a bad lay down," the other player said, and tabled {7-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

"It is a bad lay down," said "The Razor" as he turned over his {5-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

Mike Matusow Falling Asleep at the Wheel

Mike "The Mouth" Matusow isn't his usual self today. He's nodding off at his table. His head bobbing (like his bobble-head doll) up and down. It is hot out in the tent area were his table is, so I'm sure that doesn't help. He has also lost half his chips and is down to 1,500.

He just nodded off again and this time he caught himself. "Red Bull," he yells. I guess he needs a little pick-me-up.
