15-Second Rule Called on Krause

Players at Andreas Krause's table have become concerned that he is purposefully stalling to reach the next pay bracket. In response to their accusations, and in response to the clock being called on Krause three times, Krause has been told that from now on he will only be given 15 seconds to make decisions on hands.
