A Fair Double Up

Ryan Fair raised it up to 800 from early position before his opponent moved all in for an additional 3,500 from mid-position. Fair made the call showing pocket queens to be in great shape against his opponent's pocket jacks.

The board bricked out and Fair is now up to 7,500.

Nam Le Takes A Hit

Nam Le raised it up to 900 from early position before an opponent reraised to 2,000 from late position. Le thought for a moment before moving all in and his opponent made the call.

Le: {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Opponent: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}

The board ran out {2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Le lost the race to slip to 9,000 chips.

John Murphy Crippled and then Eliminated

John Murphy and another player moved all and was called by Daniel Isaacson. Murphy had Isaacson covered slightly. Murphy held {K-Hearts} {K-Spades}, Isaacson held {A-Clubs} {Q-Hearts}, and the third player held {7-Spades} {7-Clubs}.

Board: {Q-Spades} {Q-Clubs} {2-Spades} {10-Clubs} {3-Spades}

After the hand, Murphy was left with around 3,000 chips. Isaacson moved up to 42,000 in chips.

Murphy was eliminated from the event the very next hand.
