Busquet Busto

Sunny Chattha opened with a raise to 22,000 before Olivier Busquet bumped it to 65,000 for all of his chips. Sergey Rybachenko flat-called and Chattha stepped aside.

Busquet showed pocket kings but had run into the pocket aces of Rybachenko. The board fell {J-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{7-Spades}{9-Spades} and Rybachenko takes down another big pot to send Busquet to the rail.

D'Angelo's Sick Call

Ryan D'Angelo opened with a raise to 23,000 and Daniel Rome made the call.

They took a flop of {10-Hearts}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and both players checked. The turn brought the {5-Diamonds} and D'Angelo checked, Rome fired 45,000 and D'Angelo made the call.

The river was the {7-Spades} and D'Angelo checked again to Rome, who fired another barrel worth 100,000. D'Angelo thought for a moment and made the call. Rome flipped over {K-?}{Q-?} for just king high as D'Angelo showed an incredible call with {4-?}{3-?} for bottom pair, weak kicker.

D'Angelo takes down the huge pot saying, "Wow, I play good!" as he builds his stack to 435,000. Rome is now down to 260,000.

Ibuki Can See Cards!

In a battle of the blinds, Marco Johnson raised it up from the small blind to 26,000 before Ibuki Fukui moved all in from the big blind for about 70,000 in total. Johnson made the call.

Johnson: {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Fukui: {K-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}

Fukui was dominated and had one foot our the door but the board ran out {6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{A-Spades}{J-Clubs}{3-Spades} to give Fukui a miraculous three-outer on the river to double up to around 150,000 in chips.

Johnson said, "That hurts," as another player commented, "Ibuki can see opponent's cards!"

Costner Accumulating

Lou Esposito opened with a raise to 35,000 from under-the-gun and Gabe Costner moved all in over the top for all of his chips. The blinds folded and Esposito thought for a few moments before also giving up his hand to give Costner the pot.

Costner is starting to accumulate chips to move to 320,000.

Justin Alexander Eliminated

Justin Alexander raised it up preflop to 25,000 before Daniel Rome popped it up to 64,000 from the small blind. Alexander thought for a few moments before moving all in. Rome quickly called and tabled {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}. Alexander showed {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and would need some help.

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Alexander was eliminated. Daniel Rome is now up to 430,000 and is amongst our chip leaders.
