Clock Is A-Ticking

We might not actually play all 10 levels tonight, the official plan is to play 10 though or until 350 players are left, whichever happens first and certainly it could be close...

Trani-Hell-o

Marco Traniello has been knocked out just on the break, he was short-stacked and was in for his last 525 with {A-Spades} {Q-Spades} and was up against {J-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} which held on a {10-Clubs} {10-Hearts} {6-Hearts} {3-Hearts} {J-Spades} board.

A Short Stack Double and Some Chip Counts

A super short stacked David Williams has just doubled up to 8,000. Not sure how the hand went down but I know he got it in with {A-Spades} {7-Spades}.

A few other counts for you:

Corwin Cole 16,000
Marco Traniello 6,500
Yevgeniy Timoshenko 11,000
Jeff Williams 25,000
James Mackey 11,500

Captain Shows No Mercy to Jason

Jason Mercier raised from early position to 1,275 and only found a caller from Captain Tom Franklin in the big blind. When the flop came down {K-Spades} {4-Hearts} {2-Hearts} Franklin check called Mercier's 1,600 bet.

The turn {7-Hearts} slowed both players down as they checked it through to see the {J-Spades} river that both players checked again. Franklin flipped over {Q-?} {Q-?} that was good for the pot as Mercier mucked.

Franklin sitting pretty on 35,000 now but Mercier is still very healthy on 23,000.
