Mike Matusow is down to about 10,000 plus one second chance chip after losing out with against when all the money went in on flop of . His opponent's set improved to a straight as the winning hand and all 'The Mouth' could show was top two pair.
Tom Dwan hasn't wasted any time getting busy on his table. We didn't catch the action but he's just busted Isaac Haxton on a board of . Dwan rolled over for a set for the best hand as Haxton left the table.
A few minutes later Dwan was in a battle of the blinds with Billy "The Croc" Argyros. Dwan checked and then called the 800 bet by Argyros on a flop. The on the turn was checked through and the landed on the river.
Dwan fired 1,650 before Argyros made it 4,500 to go. Dwan took his time, as he usually does, and eyed his opponent.
"Well you've come this far!?!?" quipped Argyros, to which Dwan responded by tossing out calling chips.
"Two pair," said Argyros, but Dwan flipped for a full house to rake in yet another nice pot.
Dwan is up to 30,000 with his two rebuy chips still in tact, while Argyros may need to use one of his shortly as he's down to 3,500.
Phil Ivey has been discovered sitting in the far side of the Brasilia room hidden beneath a hoodie. He's got about 40,000 at this point, having bet 5,000 on the turn and 15,000 on the river of a board. His opponent folded in the river letting Ivey rake in a big pot this early in a tournament.
