Somerville Comes Up Short

In a recent hand Jason Somerville in the big blind was the only one willing to pay the 3,700 mandated by Robert Tepper in the cut off to see a flop.

After a {q-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop was shown, Somerville check-called a 3,500 bet from Tepper. When the {q-Diamonds} fell on the turn we had a repeat of action with Somervile check-calling 5,500. A {k-Hearts} river brought no change and again we saw Somerville check-call a 10,000 bet.

Tepper exposed {5-Spades}{5-Clubs} to which Somerville responded by mucking his hole cards. Tepper was awarded the pot and sits with around 90,000.
