Leah Wins Nice Pot Off Hua

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Can Kim Hua raised under the gun and David Brummel called from the cutoff. Mike Leah, who finished third in Event #13: $5,000 Seven-Card Stud Hi-Low 8-or-Better, came along from the big blind and three players saw a flop of {7-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{10-Spades}.

Leah checked, Hua bet and two calls followed. Leah then checked for a second time on the {3-Spades} turn, Hua bet and Brummel folded. Leah opted to call the bet and then led out with one of his own when the {4-Clubs} completed the board on the river. Hua made the call but mucked when Leah tabled the {6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for a straight and a low.
