Kilpatrick Shoves River

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

Kory Kilpatrick entered the pot with a raise to 500 and found calls from David Emmons, the small blind and Amnon Filippi.

Kilpatrick continued for 1,000 on the {10-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop with Emmons and Filippi the only callers before all three players checked the {3-Clubs} on the turn.

The river landed the {7-Clubs} and Kilpatrick moved all in for 5,425 to produce two folds from Emmons and Filippi.

Ferrera Spikes on Schwartz

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

As our PokerNews reporter found his way to Noah Schwartz's table, he found Schwartz calling Keith Ferrera's 10,525-chip all in.

Ferrera: {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Schwartz: {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}

The flop of {6-Spades}{10-Spades}{5-Spades} saw Ferrera take the lead but leave Schwartz drawing to any spade or queen. The {K-Diamonds} on the turn added three jacks to Schwartz's outs, but when the {A-Hearts} completed the board on the river, he was cut down to 30,000 as Ferrera moved to just over 21,000 and change.

Dolan Dusted

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

Catching the action on the {8-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} board and roughly 11,000 in the middle, we found Samantha Cohen moving all in for just a little over 11,000.

Andy Frankenberger paused for a few moments before folding his hand only to have John Dolan instantly call all-in for roughly his last 10,500.

Dolan: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}
Cohen: {J-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

With Dolan needing the board to pair to stay alive, the {3-Diamonds} landed on the river to see him bumped from the rail, Cohen shipped the pot and Frankenberger begin shaking his head while indicating he had diamonds.

Linde Triples with Aces

Level 6 : 150/300, 25 ante
Dylan Linde (from Event #46)
Dylan Linde (from Event #46)

As play ticked over into this current level we found Dylan Linde and his table playing out a pot from the previous 100-200 level.

Linde had opened to 475 and found two callers before the small blind had three-bet to 3,025. The action passed back to Linde and he had moved all in for 6,225 with the first caller folding. However the second caller, and the three-bettor both called as the dealer fanned a {J-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop and the small blind moved all in for 4,400. The remaining player called and the cards were tabled.

Linde: {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}
Small Blind: {J-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Opponent: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}

"I got my hand caught in the cookie jar!" stated the small blind as he stood up.

The dealer dropped the {K-Hearts} and {8-Clubs} on the turn and river and Linde tripled to 19,500 in chips.

Brenes Busts

Level 6 : 150/300, 25 ante
Humberto Brenes
Humberto Brenes

Facing a raise to 725 and a call, Humberto Brenes three-bet the button to 2,125. Both players called, and on the {J-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} flop, Brenes moved all in for 4,950 after it was checked to him. Only the initial raiser came along as the third player dropped out.

Brenes: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Opponent: {5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

With Brenes trailing, the {10-Diamonds} on the turn would render him dead as the {8-Hearts} completed the board on the river sending Brenes to the rail.
