Did Jiang Have It?

Level 6 : 100/200, 25 ante

Heading into the dinner break it looks as if Chengce Jiang is just keeping his nose in front. The other players have spent all day watching him showing down winning hands, and if they have recently joined the table then they have quickly been told about it.

In a recent hand the cut-off raised, got called by the button and Jiang made the call in the small blind and the big blind came along. The flop was {7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Clubs}. First to act Jiang led right out for 600. There was a succession of folds and looks on their faces that said they wouldn’t be surprised if he had the seven deuce.

"You Can't Bust Me"

Level 6 : 100/200, 25 ante

Just Bonomo had a smile on his face when he got it all in with {10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and said to his opponent "you cannot bust me," simply because the 2014 bracelet winner had more chips. The {J-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop was even quite good against {J-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} but the {J-Clubs} turn put things back together how they had been pre-flop. A meaningless {4-Clubs} completed the board and Bonomo needs a miracle now.

Farrell Tips

Level 6 : 100/200, 25 ante

Niall Farrell was giving advice to another player at the table which consisted of, if you ever find yourself all in and behind in a big tournament get up and put your coat on and you’ll get there. He may have given that piece of advice away bit he saved another Pro move for the next.

The button raised to 525 and Farrell called in the big blind with just over starting stack. They saw a flop of {j-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. Farrell checked and when his opponent bet 700 he check-raised all-in. That got the job done.
