Gathy and Israelashvili Chop

Level 5 : 400/800, 0 ante

Stud Hi-Lo

Michael Gathy completed with the {3-Clubs} showing and he was called by Joe Hachem with his {A-Hearts} and Roland Israelashvili with his {4-Spades}.

Michel Gathy: {x-}{x-}/{3-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{10-Clubs}/{x-}
Roland Israelashvili: {x-}{x-}/{4-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}/{x-}
Joe Hachem: {x-}{x-}/{A-Hearts}{J-Spades} - fold on fourth

Gath continued with a bet on fourth street but only Israelashvili called.

On fifth street, Gathy checked. Israelashvili put out a bet and Gathy check-raised, making it two bets. Israelashvili called.

Israelashvili checked on sixth after pairing up and Gathy bet again. Israelashvili called. Israelashvili bet on seventh and this time Gathy just called.

Gathy showed {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for trip threes but Israelashvili was holding {A-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Spades} for two pair and a low. Each player took down half the pot, chopping up just a small bit of Joe Hachem's money.

Joe McKeehen

Omaha Hi-Lo

Joe McKeehen was all in before the flop against two players.

The flop was {2-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} and one of the players checked. The player on the button bet and the other player called.

On the {J-Clubs} turn, both players checked to see the {J-Hearts} on the river. There, the player first to act bet and his opponent folded. The player showed his {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and his three jacks were enough to send McKeehen to the rail.

Omaha Hi-Lo

A player limped in and Joe McKeehen followed suit from middle position. The player in the small blind limped in and the big blind checked his option.

The flop was {J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Spades} and action checked to McKeehen who bet. He was only called by the player who originally limped into the pot.

On the {K-Clubs} turn, action checked to McKeehen who bet again. His opponent called once more.

McKeehen fired again on the {6-Diamonds} river and his opponent thought a bit before calling. McKeehen showed down his {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{5-Spades} for two pair, but it was no good as his opponent rivered a straight holding {8-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}, so McKeehen dropped to right around 3,000 chips.

Petluck Wins a Three-Way Pot

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

A player raised from the cutoff before Shannon Petluck made it three bets from the small blind. Jeff Lisandro called in the big blind and the original raiser called as well.

The flop was {10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and Petluck bet and both players called.

Petluck bet again on the {2-Clubs} turn and both players called once more.

On the {J-Diamonds} river, Petluck bet a third time, but this time both players folded so Petluck scooped the pot without having to show down.
