Cheung Gets Some Chips From Dodson

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Sparrow Cheung raised to 60,000 from under the gun, and found a lone caller in Ryan Dodson on the button.

Cheung bet 70,000 on the {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop, and Dodson called.

Both players checked the {q-Clubs} turn, and Cheung checked the {a-Clubs} river as well. Dodson bet 120,000, and Cheung called. Dodson rolled over {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for aces-up, but Cheung's {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs} had him outkicked.

The Battle of Tan vs. Berkey

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

A big confrontation between WSOP bracelet winner Longsheng Tan and Matt Berkey developed on a flop reading {4-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. From the big blind, Berkey bet 75,000 over to Tan, in middle position, who raised to 200,000. Berkey made the call.

The turn was the {7-Diamonds}. Berkey checked and Tan fired another barrel for 475,000. Berkey mulled it over for a few moments before sliding the several 100k stacks from his stack into the middle for the call.

The river came the {a-Diamonds}. After Berkey checked again, Tan went for it all by quietly announcing all in. It appeared as though Tan had Berkey slightly covered meaning that it was for Berkey's tournament life.

Berkey thought deeply about the decision and was seemingly torn about what to do. He stared down Tan, who gave absolutely nothing away by remaining motionless with his hoodie covering his mouth. After a couple of minutes, Berkey started to play with his cards, indicating that he was leaning towards a fold but did not relinquish them yet. After about twenty more seconds he did give them up while Tan stowed his cards into the muck and collected the large boon to his stack.

Miller More Than Doubles With Queens

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

[Removed:174] raised to 90,000 from middle position, and Mike Vanier three-bet to 270,000 from the hijack. Michael Miller four-bet shoved for 330,000 on the button, and action folded back to Vanier, who called.

Michael Miller: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Mike Vanier: {a-Spades}{9-Clubs}

Miller's queens held up on a {3-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} board, and he took down the pot.

Bonacci Takes Hauptman to Broadway

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Frank Bonacci raised to 100,000 from the hijack, and Michael Hauptman three-bet shoved for around 300,000 in the big blind. Bonacci didn't look thrilled but tossed in a call.

Michael Hauptman: {j-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Frank Bonacci: {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

Bonacci took away some of Hauptman's outs when the {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{9-Clubs} flop gave Bonacci a Broadway draw, and sure enough, the {j-Spades} turn gave Bonacci the nuts and left Hauptman dead to the {3-Clubs} river.
