New Round of Chip Counts

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Big Pot for Diaz

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The player under the gun opened and it was called by two players, Guillaume Diaz on the button and the big blind.

The flop came {5-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and after three checks, Diaz bet 5,000. Only the player in the cutoff made the call and both checked on the turn {7-Hearts}.

Things heated on the river when a {3-Spades} appeared. The cutoff bet 15,000 and Diza thought about his move for a minute before raising it to 100,000, putting his opponent's tournament at risk. The latter ended up calling all in and Diaz snap-tabled {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for the straight. His opponent mucked his hand and Diaz added the pot to his stack.

Leng Cracks Zhang's Aces

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With already 14,500 in the middle on a flop of {8-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, Ryan Leng was all-in against Chenxu Zhang for 10,100.

Ryan Leng: {a-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}
Chenxu Zhang: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}

Leng was in pretty bad shape against Zhang's aces and the {6-Diamonds} on the turn was no help, but the {2-Diamonds} was the perfect river for Leng.

Updated Chip Counts

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Medgal's Pocket Kings Hold

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

After a series of raises, all the chips went in the middle and Dhaval Medgal was in great shape to eliminate his opponent.

Dhaval Medgal: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

Medgal's opponent was at risk for about 41,600 chips. The board ran out {10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, padding Medgal's stack and eliminating his opponent from the tournament.

Sack Gets Paid

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Gabe Sack opened from early position to 2,400, his neighbor called, and the cut-off called. In a 3-way pot on the flop of {8-Clubs}{3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, Sack led for 3,500, his neighbor folded and the cut-off made the call.

The turn got checked through after the {k-Hearts} landed, and on the {6-Hearts} river Sack led for 7,000. His opponent took about 30-seconds but eventually called and Sack showed him {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}. After a sigh, he mucked his cards.

Some Late Entries

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Elpayaa Adds to his Stack

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The board already read {8-Hearts}{4-Spades}{a-Clubs}{8-Spades} in a head's up hand when the player in the big blind bet 1,200, called by Joe Elpayaa.

The river came {9-Hearts} and this time the big blind checked. Elpayaa bet 4,200 and it was enough to take down the pot.

Kings Are Good for Eychenne

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Thomas Eychenne opened and after a call from the button player the big blind three-bet to 10,000. Eychenne considered it for a minute and four-bet to 25,000. The button let it go and the big bind called.

The flop appeared {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and the big blind checked, followed by Eychenne after a tank. The same action happened on the turn {q-Hearts} and river {j-Spades}. The big blind showed {5-Spades}{7-Spades}, facing {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} in Eychenne's hand who grabbed the pot.
