Moneymaker Delivers a Present to Juthans

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

As told by Shane Juthans table, Chris Moneymaker opened to 2,300 and Juthans called. The flop came down {q-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-} and Juthans checked to Moneymaker who ripped all in for just over 10,000.

Juthans called, tabling {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for the nut-flush draw and was surprised when Moneymaker turned over {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for eight-high. The heart instantly came on the turn and Moneymaker was then drawing dead, taking an exit early in the day to Juthans and his flush.

His opponent turned over {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}, giving them just ace-high but the best hand so far. The {2-Diamonds} turn card changed nothing but the {7-Hearts} hit Crawford completely. He took down the pot with his flush and sent one player home.
