Vornicu barrelled the {4-Diamonds} turn and {7-Hearts} river, getting two more check-calls for 16,000 and 51,000, respectively. Vornicu roller over {6-Spades}{3-Spades} for a turned straight and his opponent mucked.

Jagroo Building His Stack

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Michael Jagroo, who came into Day 2 with a sizable chipstack, just added to that amount by taking down back-to-back pots.

In the first hand action folded around to the player in the cutoff and he raised to 5,000. When it folded to Jagroo in the small blind, he three-bet to 17,000 and got called. Jagroo continued his aggression by leading out on the {3-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop with a bet of 13,000, which was enough to take down the pot.

On the very next hand a player in early position raised it up to 5,500, and was three-bet to 15,300 from the player in the next seat over. With action on Jagroo, he made the call from the button and the original raiser also came along for the additional 9,800. After the original raiser checked the {7-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{5-Spades} flop, the next player put out a continuation bet of 17,000, which was quickly met with a three-bet to 55,000 by Jagroo. Both players folded their hands, which sent the second straight pot to Jagroo.

Saout Chipping Down

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

In a head's up situation, the board showed {3-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} with a big pot already containing around 80,000 when both Joe Hindry in the small blind and Antoine Saout in the hijack checked.

The river showed a {2-Hearts} and both players checked once more. Hindry turned over {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} and it was enough for Saout who mucked his hand.

Jackie Glazer
Jackie Glazer

Jackie Glazier raised to 5,100 and the button player called. The flop was {k-Clubs}{j-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Glazier continued for 8,000, called by her opponent.

On the turn {6-Clubs}, Glazier fired 20,000 and after some consideration, her opponent called once more. The river fell a {9-Hearts} and this time Glazier checked. Her opponent tanked for some time before betting 34,000 and Glazier ended up folding.

Michaelis Felted

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

Paul Michaelis was down to fewer than two big blinds and Michaelis used a chance to boost his stack when a player two seats two his right open shoved from an early position. Michaelis put in his 4,600 and his {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades} was favorite against {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}, but the board rolled out {10-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and his opponent finished with Broadway.
