Bardah Takes One Out

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Recapped to us by Ronnie Bardah, he was one of several players in a limped pot with a flop of {7-}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}. Bardah checked from the small blind, the big blind checked, the initial limper bet 1,300 and another limper shoved for 53,000. Bardah called with a slightly covering stack after some thought and the initial limper folded.

Bardah held {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs}, leading his opponent's {10-}{7-}.

The turn and river were safe for Bardah to eliminate his opponent.

Rios Takes from Bryan

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Jorge Rios was in the small blind, betting 4,400 into the pot when the action was picked up on a flop of {4-Spades}{6-Clubs}{k-Spades}. Jeffrey Bryan called in the cutoff and they continued to the turn.

It fell {3-Clubs} and Rios barrelled for 9,000. Bryan stuck around, calling to see the river card.

The {j-Hearts} completed the board and both players tapped the felt. Rios turned up {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} and Bryan mucked.

Kornuth Takes From Hakim

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Chance Kornuth (from a previous event)
Chance Kornuth (from a previous event)

A player in middle position opened the action and Jeff Hakim flatted on the cuttoff, with Chance Kornuth coming along from the small blind. The initial raiser didn't continue on the {10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{10-Spades} flop and Hakim bet 1,500 in position. Kornuth called it and the two saw a {j-Clubs} land on the turn. This time it went check-check. On the {q-Clubs} river, Kornuth bet 6,200, which was the size of the pot and Hakim took a couple of minutes to think about it before folding.

Hancock's Trips Best McKeehen

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

2015 WSOP Main Event champ Joe McKeehen raised to 1,000 from the hijack, the button called, and Tyler Hancock called in the big blind.

Hancock checked the {a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop to McKeehen, who bet 1,200. The button folded and Hancock called.

Both players checked the {a-Clubs} turn, and the {7-Spades} fell on the river. Hancock check-called a bet of 1,800 from McKeehen, and after McKeehen rolled over {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for aces up, Hancock tabled {a-Spades}{3-Spades} for trip aces and the winner.

Ace-High Win for Anderson

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Following three limps, Calvin Anderson raised to 2,200 from the button.

The blinds and two of the limpers folded, but the hijack called.
