Carbone vs Smaron
Carbone vs Smaron

Kenneth Smaron called a raise to 1,320 and subsequently called a three-bet to 7,500 by Giuseppe "GCarbone" Carbone in the big blind. Carbone continued for 11,400 on the {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop and called for the 25,286 he had behind when Smaron jammed with the superior stack.

Giuseppe "GCarbone" Carbone: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Kenneth Smaron: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}

The {4-Clubs} turn and {7-Clubs} river brought no upset and Smaron's stack was cut down to a quarter of what he started with.

Two hands later, Smaron was involved in three-way action and a checked through flop of {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades} led to the {j-Hearts} turn. "leufi" bet 2,800 to force out James "highjinx" Rann, while Smaron called. "leufi" then bet the {9-Spades} river for 24,000 and Smaron called for just over half of that with the {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades} to get shown a superior {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds} by "leufi".

Tobias Duthweiler: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Cheung "Bluffyouguys" Ngai Yi: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
